California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is performing two new tests that have been shown to reduce injury and improve athletic performance.

 

The primary focus of this screen is to evaluate all movements that are considered fundamental to athletic success.   This screen evaluates the balance between stability and mobility, which is the foundation for skilled athletic performance, acceleration, deceleration and coordination. Through these assessments, weak links in the body are identified and addressed, which ultimately results
in a stronger, more balanced athlete. These tests are widely used in the NFL, MLB and NHL and can reveal subtle weakness patterns, which when corrected, can help prevent injury and lead to overall physical durability.
