Bryan Stewart, PT, DPT, OCS, Clinic Director

Dr. Stewart has been in practice for over 10 years, and over the past 5 years in a clinic director role and managing partner at Cal Rehab Brea. He graduated in 2006 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and went on to become certified in manual therapy in 2009 from the Manual Therapy Institute and board certified in Orthopedics in 2012. He currently serves roles with both the CPTA, APTA and is a clinical instructor as well as consultant in various avenues pertaining to physical therapy. He currently enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn son including seeing live music and taking in the occasional baseball game or round of golf.


Scott Crutchfield, PT, DPT

Dr. Crutchfield graduated with his DPT from Western University of Health Sciences in 2016 with a primary focus on manual therapy and Orthopedics. Scott has 10 plus years of experience in strength in conditioning focusing in all age groups and skill levels with a main focus on professional Hockey, Lacrosse and Skiing athletes. Scott grew up in Toronto, Canada and still has a love for competing in Hockey as well as golf, cycling and downhill skiing. When he isn’t riding his bike or playing hockey he enjoys spending time with his wife and puppy.


Tenay Maddox, PT, DPT

Dr. Maddox has been in practice for over 8 years, having worked in a staff therapist capacity as well as an in-home orthopedic setting most recently. Tenay graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2009 and has had a focus on manual therapy in her multiple settings since graduation. Tenay enjoys spending time with her first born bundle of joy as well as their newest addition and her husband travelling, taking cruises, playing the occasional round of golf with her husband and rooting on the Anaheim Angels!


Devon Foster, PT, DPT

Dr. Foster is a SoCal native who received her BS in Kinesiology at San Diego State University. She graduated with her DPT from Azusa Pacific University in 2017 where she enjoyed both orthopedics and pediatrics. Her favorite part of physical therapy is being able to watch her patients progress and feel better with each session. On her days off, Devon enjoys spending time on the beach, binging shows on Netflix, or cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers (go blue)!



Lynne John OTR/L

Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy – California State University Dominguez Hills Bachelors of Arts – Sociology with a minor in Exercise and Health Science – University of California Santa Barbara Lynne graduate from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2013 with MS in OT and has been practicing in hand therapy for the past 5 years. Outside of working she enjoys spending time with her family, the beach, and traveling.



Jill Murch, COTA

Jill has been practicing Occupational Therapy since receiving her degree from North Dakota State College of Science in 1979. She is a certified JOBST fitter, ASTYM provider and wound care specialist. She has been a practicing hand therapist for over 35 years. Her primary goal is to help her patients gain maximum function so that they are able to resume their pre-injury lifestyle. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 daughters and grandson. She can be found hiking, biking, crafting and in the kitchen, cooking and baking goodies for family and friends.
